We have a double room available in our 3 bedroom, semi-detached home. My partner and I are live in landlords. We are a very relaxed, friendly and tidy household. We are not asking for a deposit and we do not ask our lodgers to sign the contract as we want to be flexible for our lodgers and we don't want to tie anyone in. We only ask that our lodgers are considerate, tidy and give us as much notice as possible should they decide to end their tenancy. We have a small dog and cats so prospective lodgers must be comfortable with pets. We take pride in our home and keep it very clean and tidy- we expect our lodgers to keep shared areas tidy too.
All bills included. Off-road parking available. Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. We have all the kitchen amenities you will need. Available full time or MON-FRI also accepted.
