It is available from mid November. The furnished bed room provides ample storage space: wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chairs, and a double bed with great quality mattress for you to relax in comfort.

The room is in excellent clean condition. Rent is £95 per week or £390 per month for single occupancy. The rent is inclusive of bills (gas, electricity, water, high speed fiber broadband WIFI internet, and council tax bills). The use of a washing machine is also included.

The property is at a modern estate, close to local amenities, and is within walking distance to Rugby town centre. Free roadside parking is available directly in front of the house.

The tenant we are looking for should be a non-smoker, do not keep pets, have stable job, and respect other people’s space and privacy. In return, your space and privacy will be fully respected.

Minimum tenancy is 3 months. Rent is payable upfront at the beginning of each month. A refundable security deposit of £400 is required.
