The room is neutrally decorated and furnished, looking over the garden and green fields beyond.
Lodger will be have shared access to kitchen, large bathroom, living room and garden. There is an additional separate downstairs toilet. There is ample driveway parking, and EV charging is available (additional cost).
The property is in a quiet village-estate with a shop and a pub, just outside Warwick. Walking distance (15 mins) to Warwick Parkway rail station with direct trains to Leamington Spa, Birmingham and London. By road it is close to A46 (2 mins) for Coventry, and M40 Junction 15 (5 mins).
Surrounded by countryside, there are plenty of options for exploring outdoors including along the Grand Union Canal. Nearby are the lovely towns of Warwick (1.5 miles), Royal Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon.
You will be sharing with the home owner, I am friendly and work full time during the day, I keep a clean and tidy house, and am happy to share the communal spaces with another house trained adult. I work away myself on occasion, so also need someone who is trustworthy and self-sufficient. The room is only available during the week, and would suit a calm, self sufficient professional person who goes home at weekends.
