Furnished double room with a fitted wardrobe & black out curtains in a shared house situated in a quiet village outside rugby.

Off street parking, private large garden, sheds for storage, 2 shared lounges and a dining area. Post covid there will be a weekly cleaner to clean shared areas.

All utilities and internet included. There is one main shared bathroom with a spare toilet on the ground floor. Dishwasher, washer and dryer all nicely hidden away.

Two pets are onsite, a house cat who's often sleeping and a snake housed in a bedroom. We're happy for other caged or enclosed pets to be brought (hamsters, reptiles ect).

A short drive to town centre, retail parks and the Rugby train station. Walking to the station would be about 40 minutes.

Current resident is a professional who current works from home or commutes occasionally to Warwick. I welcome any questions you may have. 😊
