The property is in Temple Herdewyke close to the JLR site.

The village is quiet and has good access to the m40 (3 miles to junction 12), Banbury (16 mins 9 miles), Warwick/Leamington (19 mins 11.3 miles), Stratford (28 mins 17.5 miles).

All bills included (fair usage agreement).

Off street parking.

Decent sized garden.

Full use of kitchen, living room, garden etc
Google Chrome cast set up in the living room.

All cooking utensils, crockery etc provided. You just need a bed set (duvet, pillows + covers) and a towel. You also get plenty of cupboard space, separate fridge, 1 large freezer draw in shared freezer.
