Having successfully let to Aston Martin/ Jaguar Land Rover/HS2 staff and contractors for several years . We are pleased to be able to offer THE ANNEXE through spare room. com..... Situated in the heart of a friendly village two minutes from an excellent local pub serving great food . there is also a local shop and doctors ..................The annexe for rental is called the POTTING SHED, it has a sleep loft, large lounge and ensuite shower room It is separate to the house and opens out onto the garden via its own entrance............. We have one very small dog who is no trouble and extremely friendly. Broadband and all bills are included , plus use of kitchen and all white goods.
