We have a small double room, fully furnished available for rent in our 3 bedroom detached property. The property is situated close to Nuneaton but is also only 20 minutes from Coventry, with good transport links to both the M6 and A444. The room has recently been renovated and comes fully equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and drawer storage. The house is fairly large, consisting of living room, dining room, kitchen and downstairs toilet on the first floor and 3 double bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the second floor. We are also in the process of having our extension finished off which will offer further space for an office set up. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a roll top bath and double shower. Sky tv, broadband and Netflix devices are all included in the monthly rent. The property ask benefits from a very large private drive, so there will always be space for your car/van if you drive. We are both professionals, who work during the day and like to come home and relax in the evening.
