Kenilworth Room to Rent

I'm looking for someone to take my place in a room in a shared 3 person flat. The flat has been great and I would be staying on myself but a change in circumstances (I now have a dog!) has meant I've had to make different arrangements. The flatmates who are staying on are philosophy PhD students at Warwick.

The flat is in Kenilworth, a green town 10 minutes to Warwick campus by bus, in a very convenient location -- 2 minutes to the bus stop, less than 1 minute to the Waitrose supermarket, and very close to the beautiful Abbey Fields park. The flat is bright and spacious, with new furniture. You'll have your own good-sized room, fully furnished with a double bed, and you'll share kitchen, bathroom and a large living room/dining room; you'll also have some further storage space. The room is free from pretty much now. The rent will be £274 per month plus bills of roughly £50 per month.
