Homely Double + single rooms available

I have two furnished rooms available in my lovely home to suit professionals mon-fri (full weeks also considered), bed linen and towels provided if required and in a relaxed detached dormer bungalow with garden and den, 2 bathrooms & off road parking. And garage space for bicycle/small items

My home is close to all local amenities, bus service 25 metres away and kenilworth train station linked to all major cities via coventry/leamington spa a 10 minute walk. m6/m40 motorway network, hospitals and nec/airport. Warwick university a bike ride along the greenway 1.5 miles. Many restaurants, cafes, pubs, chip shops and takeaways/deliveries locally, beautiful woodlands, castles and leisure facilities.

A quiet home with myself (62) and my 2 small dogs (and the cat) living within the downstairs area. I enjoy travelling and am off in Asia any chance I get, but when I am here I enjoy going on dog walks along the canals and around the beautiful countryside on my doorstep and volunteer within the local and wider community.

The upstairs area is shared between the two available rooms and there is a shower room shared between the double/single.

Super fast Broadband, virgin tv, range cooker, off road parking and all the mod-cons! All bills included in the rent (fair use) and both rooms are fully furnished and ready to go. It is a great home from home environment.
