The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, microwave, washer dryer, ample storage cupboards and a separate seating and dining area. There is a further communal lounge off the kitchen with additional sofas, and the property has unlimited high speed fibre broadband with strong Wi-Fi signals throughout.

The garden has a garage where bicycles can be stored and a patio area with table and chairs to enjoy when the weather permits.

The house is conveniently located 10 minutes’ walk from the old town, the town centre and Kenilworth railway station are all within easy walking distance. Warwick University is a very short cycle ride and the property has great road links to the motorway network.

The house is a non-smoking house, and no pets are allowed.
The rooms are for single occupancy – although the occasional visitor can stop the occasional night by mutual agreement.

All bills are included. The lodger agreement is for a minimum period of six months and then continues monthly until notice is given by either party. A deposit of 5 weeks rent, and references will be required.
