Double Room – Monday - Friday Only – Kenilworth

I have a spacious double room available Monday to Friday in my minimalist, modern home in Kenilworth.

The room is fully furnished with a desk/dressing table, wardrobe and chest of drawers, making it ideal for someone looking for a comfortable and practical weekday base. You’d have full use of the kitchen, garden and driveway parking, and would more or less have the lounge to yourself as I rarely use it (however please note there is no TV).

I’m a live-in landlady and would describe myself as friendly and personable, but fairly busy and often in and out. I also really value my own space, so this is a calm, relaxed house where you’d have plenty of privacy.

The house is situated on a lovely, quiet crescent with great neighbours and is around a 25-minute walk into town.

I’m looking for a responsible, respectful and independent professional who’s happy with a weekday let and will treat the house as their own while they’re here. I’m happy to consider someone who works from home a couple of days a week, but it wouldn’t be suitable for full-time home working.

Rent includes all bills, including council tax. The room is available from the end of April, or possibly earlier by arrangement.
