The flat is a three-bedroom flat, it is in a quiet part of Kenilworth, close to The University of Warwick, it would suit final year, masters and PhD students. Student status is required to live in this apartment.

The rooms are fully furnished with double bed and mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair.

Room 1: it is about 15 square meters + en suite.

Room 3: 10 square meters + en suite

The apartment is gas centrally heated and fully double glazed and insulated. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, gas cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc and a kitchen table and chairs.

There is direct access to the cycleway that goes straight to the University, and a bus stop which is only 3 stops to the University is 200 meters away.

Virgin fibre broadband and water bills are all included. Gas and electric are extra (about £30 - £40 each average per month).
