Bus stop (bus No. 11. every 15 minutes comes a bus) which is only 3 stops to the campus is only 200 meters away. 10 minutes cycle ride via the direct cycle route to university. 5 minutes walk to Abbey Field, with another a couple minutes walk to town centre with plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops. Excellent for relaxing at the weekend.

There is a garage for bicycle storage. Private off road parking in front of flat.

Minimum 12 months contract. water and broadband bills are included, gas and electric bills are payable monthly, please allow around £25/month per room.
