Shared living space of large kitchen diner, full use of kitchen and laundry room. All bills, included, as is cleaning and linen. Fast wifi. Parking space on the drive.

A great location as a short walk to pubs and restaurants. Easy access to the A46 and Birmingham, NEC, JLR and Warwick University. Warwick Parkway, Tile Hill and Coventry stations are all under 10 minutes away.

I am an easy going working mother with two well behaved children (10 & 12) who live with me half the time. We have two cats that are shut out at night. Your room is located on the ground floor with your own shower room on the same level.

We have been hosting lodgers for many years and are accustomed to sharing our home with professionals looking for a weekday stay.
