You'll have

There's a large family bathroom with spacious shower (you'll usually have this room to yourself as we have an en-suite); use of kitchen with all facilities inc Bosch dishwasher; washer and drier; fast wireless broadband; large garden, BBQ... everything you'd expect from an upmarket home in the best part of town.

We're a few minutes stroll to the town centre, a ten minute walk to the station, and there's plenty of free parking. The house is cleaned professionally every week. All bills are included too.

This would be ideal for a professional who wants lots of space, privacy, and a high standard of comfort. Great too if you want live close to work and return home at the weekend. Major employers locally include Jaguar Land Rover, National Grid, Warwick University and lots of games companies.

About us: We're Simon and Angie, a laid-back married couple. Our kids have moved out, so we're happy to rent the extra space. An amiable cat lives here too. We're sociable but also respect your privacy. We hosted loads of exchange students from all over the world when our children were young, so if you're from overseas - welcome! Brits welcome as well of course!
