The room is in the highly desirable CV32, 2 mins walk to local shops, 5 mins to The Parade with all its amenities including Tescos, but quiet residential area. There is a table & chair for work / study, double bed, hanging and shelving space. The bath room will be largely for your own use. Shared living room and Garden. The other occupants are on different floors so a lot of privacy is afforded. Sunday is also available and occasional weekends if required.

We are looking for someone who is respectful, clean & tidy. I work from home, so you will need to be mindful of this, the room rate reflects this though past lodgers have said I really need not offer this concession as it is not an issue.

You are welcome to use the communal living space, kitchen/diner and living area also the paved garden for relaxing when the weather is good. We are a friendly little bunch, but respect one another's privacy also. There is fast wifi and an ethernet port in every room. Unrestricted on street parking. The layout of the house is somewhat unusual, affording a high level of privacy.

Sunday night is also an option at a slightly higher rate.

Easy access to M40, A46 and convenient for JLR, National Grid and Warwick University.
