A room is going to be available from mid-April until the end of July in a four-bedroom house in South Leamington. Rent is only £300 pcm (expenses included)!
The bedroom is a double room on the first floor, the house is only 60 seconds away from the bus stop, and is five minutes away from Asda.
Currently there are three housemates, two masters students, and one final year undergrad - two girls and a guy. We're very chill, and looking for someone who is sociable and friendly!
