Beautiful Regency-style flat in central Leam

Hi!

I am relocating to London for a job and unfortunately have to leave this beautiful flat in September!

The flat has a large spacious kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs, and another bathroom that you will share with one other person. There is also additional storage space throughout the flat.

The room is bright and has a nice view from the window. It comes furnished with built-in wardrobe and cupboards, as well as a bedside table/small chest of drawers.

The Location-
We are in a great location being a 5 minute walk from the Parade (and Tesco Express) and 15 minutes walk from the train station.

Housemates-
You will be living with 2 friendly girls, who are both working professionals. We would like someone who is like-minded with similar interests, who is easy going, clean and tidy. We all have our own lives but we do enjoy having a chill and a catch up in the evenings and and the occasional glass of Prosecco!

Parking-
There is on street parking available at £25 a year for a permit. We also have a visitors parking pass which we share between the 3 of us.

Bills-
We pay for all the usual such as internet, water, electricity/gas and council tax which comes to about £80 a month each.

There is also an admin fee to pay to the Property management company of £50 to change the contract (I’ll pay half!)
