Built in 1903, this Edwardian terraced house is perfectly located a short walk to Leamington Spa Station (Less than 10mins) and to the shops, restaurants and bars of central Leamington Spa (Less than 10 mins). In addition, it is a 5 minute walk from the delightful Jephson Gardens and historic Royal Pump Rooms.

Birmingham is 30 minutes on the train, London Marylebone is 1hr20 via train and Jaguar Land Rover at Gaydon is less than 20 minutes in the car or 30 by bus.
This cute Edwardian terrace has plenty of character from the moment you step through the mint green front door. Your bedroom has a comfortable double bed and is presented in a relaxed style with clothing rail and drawers for your items. The living room is comfortable, stylish and possesses a variety of seating options to view a TV with a wide range of channels. A fully modern kitchen provides all the equipment necessary to prepare and store the most delicious food. Should you need to do laundry, there is a washer and dryer. The bathroom is clean and modern, with a shower.

You will have your own double bedroom and shared use of the living room, bathroom, back garden and kitchen. You would be sharing the communal spaces with myself and my other lodger, both professional males that tend to be busy and aren't often around the house.

The house is situated on a small quiet street a short walk from all the amenities of the centre of town with it's large variety of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. There is free on street parking available outside the house.

Leamington Spa can be explored by foot from the house and the sights of Warwick and history of Warwick castle are a 10 minute drive away. Stratford-upon-Avon, the home of Shakespeare and the Royal Shakespeare Company, are 25 minutes away by car. Trains and buses also depart for Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon at regular intervals.
