Shared use of all communal areas which includes living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet, porch and the garden. House has recently been decorated with new furniture. Kitchen and bathroom are modern also. The room will be available from March 2022. Parking on road next to house and sometimes on the drive way available.
I live in Bishops Tachbrook in Leamington which is located only afew minutes drive away from the motorway, a retail park and town centre.
