We are a group of 5 (3 guys and 2 girls) looking for a 6th housemate to join us in South Leamington Spa next academic year 2021/22, starting 1st September. It is an 11-month contract until July 31st 2022.
The house is on Llewelyn road, 5 minute walk from bus stop to Warwick Uni, 15 minute walk from the Parade, 7 minutes to Pure Gym. The room is a decent sized double bedroom on the first floor upstairs. The house is modern and well-furnished, with a great sized kitchen/living room, a downstairs bath/shower/WC, first floor shower/WC and 2nd floor WC.
There is no drive but plenty of free on-street parking just outside. Rent is 400/month plus 400 deposit.
We are Warwick uni students going into 3rd year, quite clean and sociable so enjoy both going out and calm nights in, with time to study also.
