There is a shared TV lounge & utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, high-speed broadband & a nice garden & we employ a cleaner. The let would suit someone who wants to live in a Quiet, Clean, Tidy house & is Compatible with the Existing Tenants, probably a graduate & we prefer longer lets.
