We have a single bedroom available in a spacious 3-bed property and we're looking for a mature female student/professional. The semi-detached property itself benefits from a spacious living room where we like to chill. There's plenty of storage space in the kitchen, and there's also a huge garden at the back of the house with the greenery regularly maintained. In addition, we have a separate utility room where there's a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer, and plenty of space to store big items such as furniture/bikes, etc. Although the street itself is quiet and peaceful, the location is super accessible with:
(1) Aldi, Sainsbury and Morrisons (superstore) within a 5-7 min walk
(2) Stagecoach bus top - 5 min walk
(3) National Express Crown Hotel bus stop - 9 min walk
(4) Train station - 10 min walk
About us: We're two females (one PhD student, one Professional), looking for a mature female housemate. We're both clean and tidy and looking for someone similar. We respect quiet times, but enjoy fun times over the weekend!
