We are looking for a new flatmate for our 3 bedroom flat in North Leamington in the Maltings area. We are 2 PhD students in economics and have lived here already for 2 years and really love the place.
The house is very spacious and well kept, and has everything you need (dishwasher, dryer, washing machine). It's a 5 minute walk from the parade and a short commute to University of Warwick.
We are strictly looking for postgraduate students.
The contract is from July 12th onwards.
