It’s just myself and my 17-year-old daughter, who is studying for her A-levels at an independent girls’ school and I work in finance. The home is peaceful, clean and very tidy. So would suit a clean, respectful working professional looking for a calm place to live and appreciates a tidy home.

There’s also a large garden and plenty of on-street parking in front of the house.

The location is very convenient, with a bus stop just a few metres away that also goes directly to Warwick University, and local shops within easy walking distance. There are also excellent links to the M40, Gaydon and Coventry. Also easy access to both Leamington and Warwick town centre.

I would also consider a Monday to Friday let with a reduced rent, as the room would only be used during the week.

At weekends I’m usually at the gym, out for walks or spending time with family.

Council Tax Band C and all bills are included within reasonable standard usage
