The total rent is £ 1,450 pcm, so £725 pcm each (approximately £167 per week per person).
The location is honestly amazing — the flat is right next to Parish Church, less than a minute from the Parish Church bus stop, and super close to Iceland and Nisa Local. It’s ideal if you want to be in the centre of Leam and close to everything.
The room available is bright, cosy, and fully furnished. The shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom are modern, spacious, and really nicely finished, so the whole place feels homely and comfortable.
I’m hoping to live with someone friendly, tidy, and easygoing.
