Centrally-located Leamington flat

First floor three-bedroom flat in a three storey building in desirable north area of Leamington Spa 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The following rooms are available to share between yourself, the current occupant, and the homeowner: kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom with toilet and separate toilet room. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The flat also has a tumble drier and a drying area in the communal garden. There is also a garage with limited space for a push bike or motor bike. There is also a study/home office which the current occupant uses to work from; unfortunately you would probably not have access to this room except on request.

The current occupant is 25 year-old male having a desk job working from the study/flat Monday and Friday but not Tuesday to Thursday.

Your room would be available Monday-Friday, although some flexibility for weekend use may be accommodated by request. We are looking for a responsible, respectful individual (a student or professional) who is independent, and able to look after, clean up after themselves and look after their room.
