Do you work locally but live elsewhere?

Do you normally stay in a hotel, Air BnB or B&B or Spare Room?

Do you sometimes wish you had a space all to yourself when staying locally for work? And would benefit from a long term arrangement, for adhoc short term stays?

I'm currently looking for a working professional that might be interested in having a place to stay on an adhoc basis whilst I'm travelling - a part time upgrade from staying in hotels or a shared spaces so to speak. This could mean availability for perhaps one week a month, to an entire month or more depending on my travel plans. Dates would be offered as an when I am able to confirm availability. It could mean a place to stay at the weekend, or during the week, or for a longer period. There might also be potential for stays whilst I'm home, on request.

An alternative model to most online, but thought I'd offer as I'd prefer to know the person on a more regular basis.

Accommodation comprises bedroom (with under bed storage), bathroom (shower only), kitchen with built in appliances and living / dining room, as well as beautiful views over the roof tops! Please note that as it's a listed building, there are quite a few stairs to the apartment on the fourth / top floor.

A Visitors Parking Permit can be made available for the on-street parking at an additional cost.
