Double Room in Quiet Flat (bills included)

Hi, I have a double room available in a calm, tidy home in North Leamington Spa.

The flat is in a quieter residential area, not a short walk to the train station, but there are easy bus connections into town and to the station.

The room is currently unfurnished and includes a wardrobe and shelving, so there’s space to make it your own.

The flat has a shared kitchen and bathroom (2 toilets). The living room is mainly my personal/work space, so this would suit someone who is happy using their own room as their main space rather than a shared living setup.

I’m a working professional and keep a quiet, relaxed home. I’m not looking for a social house share, more someone independent, clean, and respectful who enjoys their own space.

Looking for a professional, non-smoker, who is tidy and considerate of shared areas.

Rent is £525 per month including bills (within reasonable use).

I will be quite selective as it’s important to me that this remains a calm and comfortable home, so I’m looking for someone who is a good fit for the space and lifestyle.
