(The landlady lives next door in the adjoing property and anything you need she'll sort immediately for you). We want you to be happy and comfortable.
There is a separate entrance to this property from the adjoining house. On road parking.
The room contains: single bed with storage under, bedside chest drawers, folding table. Widescreen TV with remote, Bedside lamp, spotlight/reading arc light, waste paper bin, storage cupboard under window, shelving, basket tidy. Plus the use of a large wardrobe and tallboy on landing just outside the room.
Shared use of the modern kitchen and shower room.
The deposit is very low compared to other rooms to let.
Extras sundry items are also included free which will save you money.

All utility bills and council tax, WIFI, bedlinen, duvet, pillows, tea towels, toilet paper, hand soap, cleaning materials, washing up liquid, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, kitchen towel, drying cloths etc.
ALL YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE IS YOUR OWN BATH TOWELS, TOILETRIES AND FOOD.
