I have a furnished double room to let from February as my girlfriend is moving to London for work and we could use a hand with the bills. We have a dog who will be living with her but coming to stay at weekends.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower & bath, separate living and dining rooms and a decked, walled garden that gets the sun all day long in summer.
I am clean and tidy and respectful and work from home a lot, so would like a house mate who works or studies 9-5 Monday to Friday.
It is about 10 mins walk to the railway station from the house. The M40 is a 5 minute drive and there are supermarkets, shops and amenities within walking distance. Eagle Recreation ground is just around the corner as is the canal and a wide variety of local pubs and pleasant walks.
The neighbours are quiet and friendly and the house is warm, quiet and comfortable with gas central heating and double glazing throughout.
