Hi, If you’re looking for a place to call home that’s friendly, tidy and comfortable then we’d love to hear from you. This house in the north of Leamington Spa, in one of the most sought after parts of town., within 5 minutes walk of the Parade
The house is decorated and furnished to a high standard. The current house mates are all easy going, sociable and enjoy communal living. We will soon have a double room available. The house has 2 commnal bathrooms, and 2 en-suit rooms. The house has off street parking for up to 4 cars. plus plenty of free on-street parking close by.

Recently decorated and refurbished throughout. Kitchen appliances include a large fridge plus a large freezer, washer/drier, dishwasher, and microwave. A large flat screen TV is provided in the communal lounge. Each bedroom has been decorated in neutral tones with new furniture. The house has 2 communal bathrooms plus 2 en-suite rooms.

There is a landscaped garden with patio, plus a sun terrace.

The rent includes bills for gas, electricity, council tax, water, TV licence and broadband. A weekly cleaner and gardener are also provided at no extra cost.
