The house is decorated and furnished to a high standard. The current house mates are all easy going, sociable and enjoy communal living. We will soon have a large en-suite double room available. The house has 2 commnal bathrooms, and 2 en-suite rooms. . The house has off street parking for up to 4 cars. plus plenty of free on-street parking close by.

Recently decorated and refurbished throughout. Kitchen appliances include a large fridge plus a large freezer, washer/drier, dishwasher, and microwave. A large flat screen TV is provided in the communal lounge. Each bedroom has been decorated in neutral tones with new furniture. The house has 2 communal bathrooms plus 2 en-suite rooms.

There is a landscaped garden with patio, plus a sun terrace.

The rent includes bills for gas, electricity, council tax, water, TV licence and broadband. A weekly cleaner and a gardener are also provided at no extra cost.
