I have a double bedroom available in my home for a lodger, professional only please, no couples. Someone who is friendly, easy to live with, trustworthy, respectful, clean and tidy. Unfortunately, I’m unable to support an individual who works from home.

A furnished west-facing double bedroom is available from 1st February. It is garden aspect, so it's always flooded with natural light, as is the rest of my property. I'm biased but I think it’s a lovely, calm space. There is a large kitchen/dining room with all the usual appliances, including washing machine and dryer (you also have a fridge, solely for your use) living room and a bathroom.


The apartment is spacious over three floors, with high ceilings throughout and period features.

The rent (PCM) includes utility bills and wifi. Parking is available.

The only other aspect that’s important to me, is that you need to be very comfortable with dogs. My dog has free reign of the living areas, as this is their home too. If you have a natural affinity towards animals, please do get in touch and we can arrange an initial call.

I'm a conscientious person who is trying to live as mindfully as I possibly can. I enjoy travelling, hiking, keeping fit, spending time with friends and family.
