I have a double bedroom available to rent in my house mon-Fri available from 16th August.
* The house is in a small village approx. 10 mins away from Leamington Spa and Warwick, and just down the road from Gaydon. It has good access links with the M40 nearby and it is in walking distance to JLR/ AML.
* All bills are included and you’ll have access to the whole house. There is a large lounge and kitchen with a dining table as well as a garden and easy parking at the property.
* The house has a family bathroom as well as a downstairs toilet.
* You’ll be the only housemate and live with myself and my dog Marnie.
* The room is currently furnished with a bed, and bedside tables. If required, I can also provide a wardrobe/ chest of drawers in the room too.
