All bills included and good furniture provided: Brand new carpet (since photos), double bed, side tables with touch control lamps, plenty of usb outlets, desk, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.

We can share all living areas and facilities: South facing walled patio garden, living room with TV & soundbar, large comfy sofa, dishwasher and laundry washer / dryer, breakfast bar (also since photos), unlimited broadband, the front door has a modern keyless lock and google doorbell, there is some storage space in the loft and the garden if required, and parking all along our little street.

If you need more than Monday to Friday, I would consider weekend use case by case - please ask if interested.

I like my house kept clean and tidy by anyone who comes and goes, and you'll see I keep the place respectable. I'm very easy going and open to hanging out but no pressure at all :)
