We are a young couple 38 and 39. We are both studying, at the moment, to become: one of us maths teacher and the other a paramedic. We are looking to rent out our spare bedroom to friendly people. You can enjoy your own privacy in a welcoming double bedroom freshly redecorated and refurbished, new TV bed with expensive new mattress and pillows and nice modern beddings. The room is equipped with a smart TV, your own SKY box with access to all sport and movie chanels and fast, unlimited Wi-Fi internet connection. The room has its own ensuite bathroom to give you the complete privacy. Deposit required £500 payable upfront to secure your room or together with your first month rent, which would be the very first day you move in.
PS. Couples are accepted. If you rent as a couple the rent it will be £550 pcm, and a deposit of £550. Available from 10.03.2020. The room is available to view from 07.03.2020
