2 double rooms in lovely house in Nuneaton

I have two nice size rooms, one slightly larger than the other, available from around 1st April. Viewing not possible until after this date, so you may want to view and then move in straight away, however I can send pictures etc.

The house has a front room and a large back sitting area linked to a social kitchen with a breakfast area, there is a patio leading down to a lovely size garden. The property has parking for two cars. There is a downstairs cloakroom, shower room and an upstairs toilet.

Looking for 2 x females only, sharing with myself who will live in the property, but will be away at my boyfriends a bit so you will have the run of the house along with the other house mate when I am not around.

I am looking for clean, tidy, respectful people, professional people, who respect the neighbours etc.

There is a double bedroom at the front, and a double at the back (overlooking garden). No pictures at this stage but I can provide these in a couple of weeks feel free to message me your interest and I can provide these once available.

I am looking for friendly people, who are easy to communicate with and clean and tidy. Certain pets allowed (dogs and cats only please) if ultra clean and tidy and this is proven, any damage will need to be paid for.
