En Suite Room to Rent

Hello,

Our current flat mate is moving out so we are looking for someone to take over his room.

It's a nicely sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The house has a utility room with washing machine, a large kitchen and living room.
We also have a garage (for cycle/motorcycles) and a garden.

We are looking for someone calm, ideally a professional like us. We don't party much (if ever). We appreciate community living rather than someone living in their room 24/7.
We also share cleaning tasks, and taking care of the garden.

The rent does not cover bills, bills may vary but you can count £80 council tax, £70 in water/electricity/gas, & £10 internet. (Roughly £160 bills).
Couple can be considered bills to be re-calculated accordingly.
