Room available in Nuneaton Town Centre

Modern 4 bed semi-detached town house located in a nice, quiet area which is a 5 minute walk from Nuneaton town centre. There is currently a double room available for single occupancy. The room has a small double bed, drawers and double wardrobe. There is free WIFI access in the house and a digital aerial point in the room for TV's with freeview. All rooms have their own key although the other members of the house are very trustworthy and all have been reference checked. The bathroom has a shower and is shared with one other room. The rest of the shared space in the house comprises of a generous living room with a large TV with sky subscription, large kitchen/dining area (The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all appliances ie, Washing Machine, microwave and 2 x fridge freezers along with all cutlery, plates, pots and pans to share), and an additional toilet downstairs. There is a small garden with decking and seating for all to use.

It is generally a quiet house with friendly people who are all working professionals. It's kept clean and tidy (a cleaner comes regularly). Therefore, you are not expected to do any general cleaning other than keeping the bathroom clean and generally cleaning up after yourself.
