Easy commute to Coventry, Hinckley, Leicester, Tamworth & surrounding areas. Close to shops etc. All bills included. Super Fast Fibre internet (108+mb), washing machine, all kitchen appliances & use of garden.

There is a main bathroom with bath & shower for your use. I have an ensuite, so the bathroom is practically yours to use unless I want a bath. (you could call it semi-ensuite). There are three toilets in the house & the bathroom toilet is exclusively yours. Downstairs toilet is shared use.

I work full time & welcome someone happy to share my home & respect each others spaces. Since the pandemic I now work exclusively from home.

I don't mind smokers, as long as it's outside.

Not many rules except respecting each others spaces & keeping the place tidy as you would expect to receive the same. Laughing at my jokes is not compulsory.

I would welcome someone looking for a longer commitment rather than just a few months. For this reason I will not increase any rents for a 3 year period and you will not be asked to sign a new contract each year. The house is furnished and I do not have the space for any other possessions that will not fit in your room.
