Only 3 other people MAXIMUM 4 people in total. OVER 30's preferred we are seeking a fitting person for the existing household.

Single occupation- one person per double bedroom only.
An occasional guest welcome in own room but no live-in couples.

Good for A5 M6 M69 and M1 and A444 to COVENTRY. Easy to HINCKLEY/BEDWORTH and RICOH arena.

Flexible terms . Stay monthly , no minimum contract but one month notice required unless booking a fixed length short stay (when you pre-advise us of your leave date for your rental contract then no notice is required).

We accept short stay/part-time occupants with main residence elsewhere as well as long stay live-in full-time tenants .

Long stay tenants may require a home-owning GUARANTOR in lieu of DEPOSIT alternatively. If you've no suitable Guarantor up to 5 weeks deposit will be required instead.

No children. No pets. Smoking outside only.
