We have a large double room with ensuite bathroom available

The house is a modern townhouse close to shops (approx 300m) and with good links to road network


The rooms are furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. There is a TV cable ready for your own TV.

The kitchen/diner, garden (with outdoor furniture) and utility room are shared.

The utility room includes a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

There is no need to bring cutlery, pots/pans. Everyone has their own allocated cupboard and fridge/freezer space in the kitchen.

All bills and Fibre Optic Super Fast broadband is included. House is kept very tidy and there is a weekly cleaner for the communal areas

Everyone is very friendly and sociable. Prefer longer term lodgers.
