We will have 5x newly refurbished rooms in Rugby Town Centre Near the train station. Th whole house is newly refurbished and is conveniently situated for public transport; situated in a quiet residential street.

All rooms are a good size double rooms with new furniture all throughout with each room completed with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet with option for desk and chair. One room upstairs is a room with ensuite and one room downstairs is a studio room with ensuite and kitchenette.

The main kitchen is tastefully refurbished with ample number of kitchen storage space, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer. Kitchen plan for the house is in the photos.

All bills such as electricity, gas, water, council tax, and fibre optic broadband are included in the monthly rental as well as the cleaning for the communal areas to keep the place tidy.
