Hi we have a room to rent in a 4 bedroom detached house 🏡 with all the amenities included. You would have a single size room with a queen size bed with wardrobe and night stand.
Shared bathroom with shower and bath with one other person. I have advertised female only which is because all previous were female and it works well for us and also it is a Monday to Friday let just for clarification. There's no minimum time to stay as people's circumstances can always change but 4 weeks notice would be helpful. We are a couple with a 12 year old boy and two cats in a wonderful area on the outside of rugby. It is female only so please take that into consideration before contacting us many thanks.
