Downstairs comprises a cosy lounge with an open fire, a dining room with extendable table and open fire, and a fully fitted modern cottage kitchen with a conservatory room opening out to the enclosed and low-maintenance garden.

With the town centre on your doorstep and the train station only a stones throw away you will certainty not be short of things to do! The property should have everything you need including a Nespresso coffee machine, open fire, parking for one car and a beautiful roll-top bath to soak in after a long day. Additional parking can be provided at a cost of £25/year.

The cost is all inclusive, however should the energy exceed the current cost then this may need to be split. Internet and tv included.

You will have the entire property to yourself but must appreciate that I will retain a key and may need to pop in in the very odd occasion to collect belongings - these will be stored in a separate locked room and I would give sufficient prior notice.
