First floor double room - £540 pcm
Top floor double room - £570 pcm

The rooms are designed for your comfort & furnished to a high standard, comprising a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers & full length mirror.

All utilities are included - gas, electricity, Virgin high speed broadband, water rates, council tax & TV licence (TV licence covers the communal areas).

There is a TV provided in the communal area.

The kitchen is fully equipped including oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery & cutlery, 2 fridge/freezers, washing machine & tumble dryer.

There are 2 shower/bathrooms shared between the 6 rooms.

A regular cleaner & gardener are provided to keep the communal areas & garden tidy.

The garden has table & chairs provided for your enjoyment.

On road parking is available by permit.
