Lovely single or double room in cozy cottage!

I have a single or a double room available in a quiet cottage near Warwick. I am asking £660 for the double room or £550 for the single room with all bills included. The house is made up of a large living room with real fireplace, kitchen, utility room, and a shared bathroom.

The room is unfurnished, but the remainder of the house is fully furnished. The house has a washer and a separate dryer, a large kitchen, and plenty of outdoor space, including a garage and shed. The living room tv has both Netflix and prime membership available to the tenant, and the house does have a full tv licence, covering the bedrooms.

The room itself has fitted wardrobes and shelves. There is also a small desk and drawers in the room, but no bed or bedside table.

Living in the property is myself, another housemate and my two small dogs. We ideally would like someone who is friendly, good with the dogs and is tidy. Another dog or pet would be considered by the landlord too! Smoking is fine as long as done outside.

The house is located in a quiet village but is located just off of the M40, so is easily commutable to leamington, Warwick, and Coventry areas. There is fields surrounding the house, with lovely views for anyone who enjoys walks. There is a stables, fishing and canoeing at the end of the street. Warwick castle is also approximately 2 miles down the road.

There is quiet off road parking available - due to the location, the house is only really appropriate for someone who drives or is happy to take public transport regularly.

I am looking for someone to move in ideally in February for at least 5 months, to be a rolling monthly contract after this period.
