I have a single room available in a quiet cottage just outside of Warwick with easy access to Leamington, Warwick and Stratford. The village sits just off the A46 and the M40. The rent is £580 for the single room with all bills included. The house is made up of a large living room with real fireplace, kitchen, utility room, and a shared bathroom.

The room is unfurnished, but the remainder of the house is fully furnished. The house has a washer and a separate dryer, a large kitchen, and plenty of outdoor space, including private off road parking.

The room itself has fitted wardrobes, cupboards and shelves.

Living in the property is myself, another housemate and my two small dogs as well as 2 garden bantam chickens. We are all friendly, but understand and fully respect if someone wants their own space. We ideally would like someone who is friendly, does not mind pets and is tidy. Another dog or pet would be considered by the landlord too! Smoking is fine as long as done outside.

The house is located in a quiet village but is just off of the M40, so is easily commutable to leamington, Warwick, and Coventry areas. There are fields surrounding the house, with lovely views for anyone who enjoys walks. There is a stables, fishing and canoeing at the end of the street. Warwick castle is also approximately 2 miles down the road. The property is the perfect mix of being quiet and safe, as well as being close enough to enjoy the towns and cities.

There is secure off road parking available - due to the location, the house is only really appropriate for someone who drives or is happy to take public transport regularly as we are only within walking distance to Warwick, everywhere is reachable by bus or car. There is a bus stop a short walk away, which can get you to Stratford and Leamington easily!
