Large rural bungalow with garden and workshop

We are planning to sell the bungalow within the next year but need people who would enjoy a lovely rural location, and a light, spacious home with fabulous views to take care of it while this happens. It is currently being monitored for subsidence in the dining room area, to be repaired later this year, but in the meantime you would have some cracks in the walls. The house needs redecorating, but this cannot be done until the subsidence in repaired. In addition please note that HS2 works are meant to begin nearby at some point this summer.

It is only part furnished (the kitchen has cooker, dishwasher, table and chairs; the living room has sofa and table, bookcases, and a wood burning stove; there is a washing machine in the utility room). There is a new electric shower over the bath in the bathroom, and a separate cloakroom. The oil fired central heating boiler has just been replaced.

This has been a family home and has lots of room It would be suitable for a family, individuals or couples. Prices are for one person per room - the price for couples in each of the double rooms would change by £100 per room per month.
