I have done the ad as a spare room, but you will have the flat to yourself as no one else will be living there. I will just pop in occasional to collect items and post (with renters’ consent). My flat is 4 years old, has new amenities, a parking space and own entrance. Some bills included in price and it is partly furnished. I only live down the road so any issues I am near by.
The village is a lovely place, with good nearby pubs and take aways. Lovely walks in the area and great running and biking routes.
I am easy going, just treat my home with respect and keep it tidy, and I will be happy. I have had three previous "renters" and have had a good experience with them all.
