This large character house is in the centre of NAPTON village and has great views. There is a shared lounge/dining /kitchen and a separate games room set within the gardens. The property is about 15 mins from Gaydon Jaguar Landrover and Aston Martin sites.

The room is fully furnished as a bedroom/study, approximately 14 x 14 feet with basin (and almost exclusive use of bathroom with bath and separate shower, wc and basin)and Very large hanging space and storage wardrobe.

There is a large shared LOUNGE/DINING/KITCHEN, APPROX 20 X 12 FEET, family bathroom with bath and separate shower ( this is generally only used by the sharer who does not have an en suite - the other bedrooms all have separate facilities),gardens with games room for table tennis and snooker and small amount of exercise equipment, and exceptionally large garage where some space may be available for larger items.(smaller items can normally be accommodated)

Within the kitchen area there is a gas oven, microwave, 2 fridges and freezer and allocated individual storage - the washing machine and dryer are within the garage.

Water, gas and electricity are included with council tax and broadband.

Napton village is centrally situated to the towns stated and travelling takes by car to Southam (5 mins) and Codemasters, Gaydon for JLR and Aston Martin (15 mins) Leamington and Warwick (25 mins) Rugby (20 mins) Daventry (10 mins) Banbury (30 mins). Northampton (40 mins). The M40 is about 8 miles away. There are bus services to Leamington Spa, Daventry, Banbury and Rugby.

The village has a combined shop and post office and there are 2 pubs within walking distance. There are several activity and interest groups

Please note access from the road is up stone steps to the front door; and if there is an overlap between the room becoming available and your precise needs it may be possible to provide other temporary accommodation.

The other sharers are generally employed in the engineering sector; and sorry we don't have any pets in the household.
